Student athletes across the sports spectrum who play competitively or want to play college get personal attention in small group settings. We work with three age groups: middle school (ages 11-14), high school (ages 14-18), and elite (ages 18+). A resilient athlete is at peak performance that attracts attention from coaches and scouts in every season. We focus on speed, agility, and strength.

Move, Feel, & Look Better

We offer personal training and small group training settings, strength training, as well as nutritional services, so that they can move, feel, and look better. Nothing beats the empowerment of having the tools to promote your own quality longevity and the support of a healthy community.

What is the size of a small group?

We provide 1-2 strength and conditioning coaches for groups of 4-8.

How long are training sessions?

Sessions are located at our gym and are typically 1 hour.

Where can I find pricing & scheduling?

Please contact us for details on all training sessions including speed and agility training, strength training, personal or group training.

What types of student athletes do you work with?

We accept athletes of any sports including soccer, lacrosse, baseball, football and more in our sports performance training program.

How do you prevent injury?

Assessments, constant communication, and trust are just a few of our tools for injury prevention. We take a holistic approach, put the best interests of the athlete first, and prevent overuse.

What role does character development play?

We empower and guide our athletes to take responsibility for their goals. We nurture perseverance, self-confidence, leadership, accountability, and teamwork.
